Odyssey offers nearly 30 group exercise classes every week, focusing on cardio, strength, and a combination of the two. Ranging from Zumba, Step, and kickboxing to pilates, boot camp, and yoga, our classes offer something for everyone.
Class Descriptions
All in One: aerobics, Step, toning, and stretch
Below the Belt: hips, thighs, and glutes
Boot Camp: short-burst cardio and strength moving from station to station
Cardio/Sculpt: fast-paced aerobic and body sculpting
Fitness Fusion: a combination of cardio and strength exercises
Get In/Get Done: short, 30 minute strength workout to start your weekend right
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
Kickboxing: a cardio workout of jabs, hooks, kicks, and uppercuts
Split Decision: 30 minute cycling, 30 minute strength
Strength & Tone: basic weight training class
